Unused unopened sweets may be taken at the end of the event. For hygiene and food safety reasons, any sweets that have been opened, handled or left exposed will be disposed of.

Sweets & Food Safety

Sweets are supplied at an estimated 100g per person based on guest numbers provided by the client.

Any sweets that are unopened and untouched may be retained by the client at the end of the event.

In line with food hygiene regulations, any sweets that have been opened, handled, or left exposed will be disposed of and cannot be reused or taken away.

Once the event has commenced, responsibility for guest consumption lies with the client.

Guest Numbers

Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the event.

Changes after this date may not be accommodated or may incur additional charges.

Delivery, Setup & Collection

Delivery and collection times are agreed in advance with the venue and client.

Access delays or restricted setup times may result in additional charges.

Damage & Loss

All hired items remain the property of the supplier.

The client is responsible for any loss or damage beyond reasonable wear and tear.

Cancellations

Booking fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations within 14 days of the event may be charged in full.
